We had a small glitch in the service during checkout because I had made my reservation through priceline, so they were a bit confused, but they quickly owned the problem and got everything straightened out.
I rent here about 4 or 5 times a year and can happily report that I am a very satisfied customer.

Very laid back staff, it was a relief to not have to worry about the rental car breaking down…it literaly had 15 miles on it when we got it!
Make sure you buy a SunPass! The freeway tollcharges suck!!

As an Elite Emerald Aisle member for the past 10 years, I must say that the customer service at the Miami Beach location is stellar.
The two ladies who ran the counter today (Annabelle and another lady) were just phenomenal. Annabelle was friendly, organized and professional. Able to answer phones AND process cars at the same time. She treated me like a HUMAN being. She saw that I was lugging a very heavy knapsack and offered to hold it for me while I was going for lunch.
The other lady greeted me by the car. Helped me check out the car. Told me where the EXIT is (I’m always confused to where that is) and showed me the accessories in the car. NEVER has that been done so well.
Kudos to both ladies for an excellent rental!
Bonus points – Someone from the office called approx 2 hrs later just to followup on the service experience.
